Cream butter or margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add almond extract. Add sifted flour and salt. Chill. Roll out to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Cut into 1x2 inch strips. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg. Mix sugar, cinnamon and almonds and sprinkle on c
