1 1/2 Cups almonds, with skins2 Cups sifted flour1 Cup sugar1 Cup butter or margarine1 teaspoon cinnamon2 eggs
Grate nuts. Mix together nuts, flour, sugar and butter or margarine. Add cinnamon and beaten eggs. Mix well. Shape into rolls 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and chill for several hours. Slice 1/8 inch thick. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10
