Sift together the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Add beaten egg yolks and milk and mix to a firm dough. Chill. Combine the walnuts, sugar and cinnamon. Add alittle cream to make a paste. Roll out dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Spread walnut mixture
