Chocolate Nut Shortbread


Ingredients

1 Cup butter or margarine

2 oz cooking chocolate, melted

1 1/2 Cups confectioners sugar

2 1/4 Cups sifted flour

1/2 Cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

Cream butter or margarine. Stir in chocolate. Add sugar, flour and walnuts. Mix thoroughly. Shape into a roll 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and chill for several hours or overnight. Cut in 1/4 inch slices. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 20
