2 Cups shredded coconut1/2 Cup sweetened condensed milk1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine the coconut and milk. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from sheet immediately when the macaroons are cookied.
Makes about 2 dozen.
