1 package frozen strawberries1 Cup sugar1/2 teaspoon Knox gelatin1/2 Cup cold waterJuice of 1 lemonJuice of 1 orange
Combine frozen strawberries and sugar. Heat slightly until sugar is dissolved. Soak 1/2 teaspoon Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Put in warm strawberries. Add juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange. Put in refrigerator tray and freeze, stirring several times.
