2 Cups sugar2 Tablespoons flourDash of salt1 pint boiling water3 boxes ripe strawberries3 Cups sugarJuice of 4 lemons
Mix, boil and cool the first 4 ingredients.
Cap 3 boxes ripe berries, grind and add 3 cups sugar. Allow to stand until all sugar has dissolved. Add juice of 4 lemons. Freeze in hand turn or electric freezer.
Yields 1 gallon
