Candy Pudding


Ingredients

6 Cups sugar

3 Cups heavy cream

fresh coconut, grated

hickory or pecans

candied pineapple

Candied, cherries

raisins

(or fruit to suit your own taste)

bitter chocolate

Instructions

Heat sugar and cream, stir well and cook until it forms a hard ball in cold water. Pour out on marble slab. When it cools, work until it creams. Add fresh coconut which has been peeled and grated. Add nuts and fruit to suit your own taste. I use candied p
